The National Lab Research SLAM is a collaboration among 17 Department of Energy National Labs that will highlight DOE research programs, educate policymakers and their staff about the key role DOE National Labs play in the nation’s innovation ecosystem and their impact on the nation. Early-career researchers from each Laboratory will vie for the “best speaker award” as they present a three-minute talk on their work related to critical national challenges. Sponsorship of this event will cover costs associated with travel and training for the finalists, and costs associated with hosting the event including the SLAM reception.
